Perhaps the fires and/or 40 degree temperature record has motivated you to become more active? It seems to have broken through on social media to a new degree. We’d love to see you at Sit for Climate one Saturday morning outside HSBC in Berko, 11:00, even if you only stay for ten minutes rather than an hour.
Some of us were at the We All Want to Just Stop Oil Coalition march last Saturday, 23rd July, and found it a positive experience. Many first-time protesters were inspired to do more. There will be a Just Stop Oil meeting at the Quaker Meeting House in Hemel next Thursday, 4th August.
